Ok, so today has been a pretty sorry day.  I found out that my car needs a new timing belt which is going to cost me $750 dollars, and that is at a shop where I am friends with the owner.  Normally it cost over $1000 so I guess I at least have that to be thankful for.  Anyway so that stunk along with a family feud that occured today, but everything is ok now. 

On a much brighter note...the woman of my dreams won American Idol last night...CARRIE UNDERWOOD!!! So at least during my bad day today I could think about that.  I just want everyone to know that if I could I would marry her right now.  Well, I am going to bed...I have to get up early in the morning.  I hope that everyone is doing well, and I will talk to you soon.

Ok, so it has definitely been a month since I posted on this thing.  And the only excuse that I have is that I am lazy.  I have been busy but I should have taken the time to at least say hey to everyone and let you know what has been going on. 

Well, in the past month a lot has happened but the short version is this: took exams, finished school, sang at graduation, recorded with Second Edition, went on tour with Singers, and now I am back in Cleveland working at Chick-fil-A and helping my grandmother.  I have decided to stay up here for the next three weeks before I leave for Second Ed. tour, but don't fear Mt. Paran folk I will still be coming home on the weekends to come to church.  I don't have much time, I just got off work and now I am about to drive to the ATL to stay at the B&B residence so I can sing in the choir in the morning at church.  I hope everyone is having a great summer, and I will talk to you soon.  I promise it won't be a month before I update again.  Let me know how all of you are doing. 

Today is a very stressful day.  I have waited 'til the last minute to do this stupid Cross-Cultural paper, and it is due today which is almost an impossible task considering I am just now starting.  Anyway....I'll survive.  It would be a lot easier if I didn't have to work today but I do.  Just be praying for me.  I'll write more later when I am not stressing and actually have some free time.

Well it is 1:28am and I can't sleep so I guess this is a good time to update my xanga.  Today was a pretty good day, and by "today" I mean yesterday b/c it is really Monday...got up at 5:30 to drive from my house to Cleveland to sing with Singers , sang at Bart's church, Bart sang lead in the Gospel Quartet , DOC SANG BASS , had a cookout at Bart's house, watched Keri almost get thrown off a horse , hung out with the boys, talked to my boy Tim Hightower who I hadn't talked to in over three months , and went to Wal-Mart where I spent too much money buying food for the diet I am starting tomorrow .  So I had a pretty eventful day.  Anyway everything is going good and I promise that there will be no more smileys for the rest of this update.  I just used them to show emotional rollercoaster that I was on today. 

Only two more weeks left of school and "I'm not gonna lie" that scares the crap out of me.  I have to finish strong.  I can't believe that this semester is already over.  Well, I guess I am gonna go to bed, but I want to leave this verse of scripture with you to reflect on. 

"Your weakness is the soil in which I've chosen My strength and power to bloom in your life." (2 Corithians 12:10)
